We use local honey, either Blossom or Heather… what’s available at the time.
Our eggs are Organic from just up the road at Bonnington Farm, Peebles. You can just walk up Bonnington Road (back of the house) and buy them from the hut at the bottom of the farm lane.

All supplied by Peebles famous Forsyths Butchers. This shop will always have a queue no matter what time of the day. If you do pop in, you don’t pay the butcher, you get a slip and pay at the wee window at the end of the shop and the butcher will give your produce…
