Less than an hour from Edinburgh with excellent transport links, yet set in the lovely Tweed Valley countryside, Peebles is an ideal base for visiting, golf, fishing or activity short breaks or just relax!
Kingsmuir House, Built in the 1850s, has recently been refurbished and retains many original period features. Sitting in an acre of private grounds for guests to enjoy.
The house's story may have started one hundred and sixty two years ago but following a complete refurbishment over a number of years, we have brought our wonderful Scottish country house firmly into the 21st century. This has been carefully managed with stylish interiors and furnishings working in harmony with the house’s original character. The house has seen many changes and some very interesting owners over the years.
